Return Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return/exchange a product for reasons pertaining to size or quality defect, you may return your order within 15 days of the purchase. The returned goods do not need to be in their original packaging, however, they do need to be in a sellable condition - unworn and unwashed.
To begin the process of return please contact our customer service team at info@pad-hat.com with the following details:
- Your name
- Email address
- Order number
- The reason for the return/exchange
When returning the order, the package has to include a note with your name and order number. If you may wish to exchange your product for a different size, please note which size you would like in return.
Please bear in mind that if you fail to provide one or more details as seen above, we may not start the return process.
We will review each case individually. In most cases, we may require additional information, such as pictures, to choose the best course of action.
Once we receive your returned item please allow 5-10 business days for us to process the return and fulfill your product replacement.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to you in the same form of payment in which it was received.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order and request a refund if the order still hasn’t been shipped out already. Please note that cancellation is not possible once your order has been shipped. In most cases, our warehouse can process and ship your order within the first 2-6 hours. Therefore, we can attempt to cancel the order within the first hours of it being placed.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- If the product/s could not be delivered because of the fact that you were unavailable it is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier to arrange the collection or delivery of your order.
- No price difference refunds if the price of the new item is lower than the original item.
- Freight charges on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Freight charges from the original order will not be refunded.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- If you believe you have received a defective product that you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact the original retailer. We do not accept returns from retailers.
